hows everything coming? i havent posted up here in a while so im a bit out of the loop. im finally finishing up that insurance claim i had with the floor jack people so ill be getting a nice fat check in the mail and finally get cracking on the swap.

well its comin alright. ill get my intake back next week. i completly overlooked my timing chain guides being too short also so i had to order those but other than that nothing major.

does anyone know if 2v and 4v shorty exhaust are interchangable? i cant seem to find a set for my 4v that arent outrageously priced.

My fuel rails arrived while I was out of town. They're on the car now. I need to grab a few fittings before that plumbing is done.

I still need a L balancer and a intercooler pump and 1 more heat exchanger. Going to see if I can't get most of the remaining work done before the weekend. I'd like to fire it up next week. If anyone can donate to the cause (parts, fittings, braided hose, etc...) or has leftover parts LMK... I'd be beholden to ya'.... Funds are running a little low.

Also, everyone please see the classified section. I've started a need-a-penny-take-a-penny thread there for guys to clear out unused parts to needy stangers.

i ordered the navi shortblock off of karkraft. i put my b heads off my 96 cobra on it and sent my intake to mmr to be widened. the only real snags ive had so far is timing it and all that good stuff.

Yeah... I picked up a lightning blower setup on the cheap. It's taking days to get everything together. The whole setup was 700 shipped but the little niggly bits have really piled up the costs. Look for new dyno numbers coming relatively soon... hoping for around 430/510 from it on 8lbs with methanol flowing. May have a sponsor for my next racing too.

Everyone should spread the word on the headers. Several of us went to great lengths to get them made and they're sure purdy. Kudos to FTP for stepping up to the plate. Everyone go and buy a set right away!

Tommy... you should give Bob a call and see about getting FTP and him together for a package deal.

Hey guys, sorry if i have been delayed on calling anyone or answering anyone. I have been slammed with work for about 2 months now. I will have Tommy's car up here in the next week or so to start on his headers. Going to try something a little different and run a little bigger primary. After that we should be set to go on some production. I am difficult to get in touch with sometimes b/c like he said i will lock myself in the shop. Amanda will be answering the phone though. You can just let her know you are calling about the headers and leave a name and number and where you are from, that way I dont call you to early or to late. AJ I will give you a call tomorrow or you can PM me here and I will reply back. I know how bad it is to be asleep and get woke up like that. If you guys/girls have an questions feel free to post them here or PM me about them and I will gladly answer them.

Just a quick run down on what should be the production headers. Will be a 1-5/8 to a 1-3/4 step with a 3" collector. The x-pipe on hunters had to be modified to fit correctly. I will try to make a kit with an x-pipe for these too so yu can just bolt up a stock set of mufflers or what ever you would like.

TJ

TJ welcome! Wanted to pass my thanks along for making these headers available. Tommy and I have been beating this horse for nearly 2 years trying to get intakes and headers. Now we have both sides of the head covered.

(Actually the intake took longer but was never in doubt)
