Need some answers, please?
 

Has anyone heard of a torque converter stalling at different speeds?My car is supposed to have a 3000 stall converter.Some days you can put it in drive and it won't move and then the next day it will just roll like the stock converter is in there.Even tuner at the shop said it was flashing all over the place.This does not sound normal to me.Any ideas what could be the problem and what can fix it? Second question, if you have a custom tune done at a shop is it possible for another shop to read the computer and see what has been reprogramed and tune it themselves or can only the original tuner make changes?
