Tune up

When do you do a tune up on a 4.6? On the Ford on line service recommendations all it says is to change the fuel filter every 30,000mi, and spark plugs at 100,000mi. Are these the only two things that need to be changed? 100,000mi seems kind of steep?

Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs definately. Couldnt hurt to clean your intake, seafoam the engine. Check for wear on any wires, etc.
