Default MIL Problem

Well i just got my eliminators in 2 days ago and put em on today, but my check egine light went off for like 10 mins after install and when i got home it came on again!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :censored: :wallbash: :bash:

you sure that the code was being thrown because of the rear o2s? I've also heard that MIL eliminators are crap, but that's just peoples opinions

well when i first put them in, light went off! then by the time i got home, light came on again!! i dunno

I have cat's and did'nt need a Mil eliminator.No codes or check engine light ever.

im having trouble understanding why u got MILs with cats?? i thought they were only for catless mid pipes

Even with catted mid pipes they can still toss the light becuase they flow more and it confuses the computer. And you need to get your codes read it might not be the O2 sensors setting the light off now.

And they do work i have a set on mine and so do my freinds. No problems here for almost 2 years. So if i was you see why the light is going off if it is the rear o2's you might not have them connected good enough or they may be bad.

It depends on the car if the mils will work or not...Mine did the same thing, they worked for 10 minutes then the light came on again..I just check my codes every month
