calipers

before this spring comes i wanted to get my calipers powdercoated the color of my car (red). But, after talking to some people they suggested not doing this because it will eventually wear off and look like crap. Those of you who have done this, have you had any problems with the color fading or peeling? Also, does anybody know where i can get the stock ford calipers in the color red?? i know this will cost a bit more money, but im sure it would be well worth it...thanks guys

If your keeping the calipers u have, why not just spray paint them with Caliper Paint? I had mine done when I had new tires put on, wasn't charged either. It's only been 4K miles but they look GREAT. I had mine painted black.

buy caliper paint or just get cobra or bullitt brakes.

Powdercoat is one of the toughest coatings known to mankind.If it's put on a properly prepared surface it's hard to get off with a grinder.But it's more expensive than paint.
