shifter dilema
Last year i purchased a UPR Blu Thunder shifter w/ trickstick handle for my friends birthday. He sold his mustang and never used the shifter. I payed about $35 for it because 3 of us chipped in. Now, my dilema: Should i use the shifter for my car, or should i try and sell it and get a MGW? I know the MGW would be the way to go, but i think the UPR should be similar to the Tri-ax. The shifter has been laying around for a year. I noticed that it is packed with red grease. If i decide to install it, should i add some grease or is it ok the way it is? I also noticed that there aren't any handle bolts. Do i just reuse the stock ones? I was think of purchasing these gaskets http://www.mustangtuning.com/shbahaga.html, are they good? Thanks
