question on moving spoiler back on 99 GT

For you guys that have moved the spoiler back does it go over trunk lid edge? Any problems with the lift shock touching the rear bolt?

I saw it done, and it looked kinda crappy. It left little dimples and scratch marks on the open space where it was moved from. Just didnt look all that great to me...oh well. Your choice.

I did it on mine. Left no marks whatsoever and looks like it came from the factory that way.

Wow, thats a nice looking car you got, glad it didnt leave any marks. Come to think of it, the guy who did it to his car wasnt the sharpest knife in the drawer you know...

How far back did you move yours? To the guide hole or further back?

All the way back to where the stock front holes are just covered by the tips.
