Default 5.4 swap in 07 GT

I know this topic has been beat to death but hopefully this question has not been asked.

I just bought a 01 F-250 super duty (gas) for parts for my truck which is a diesel. So I got to thinking that I could use the motor out of my parts truck to put in my Mustang. Which lead me to the sticky about the 5.4 swap on this message board, which in turn has a bunch of questions hopefully you all will be able to answer.

Well my questions start with this, my 07 has 3 valve heads and the donor 5.4 is a 2 valve. If I use my 3 valve heads on the 5.4 what problems should I expect?

I bought a timing chain set about a year ago, and I was wondering if I could use it when I rebuild the 5.4?

I have installed a Eibach pro system lowering kit, and want to know if the springs will work when I swap engines or do I need to change them?

I also purchased a new clutch a year ago, Exedy Stage 1. I measured the clutch disk and it is 11". I also bought a spare flywheel and had it machined so when I put the new clutch in I wouldn't have any unnecessary down time. How much of this will I be able to reuse? I have not pulled the motor out of the truck yet to see if it is a 6 bolt or 8 bolt crank. But let's just say it is a 6 bolt crank for now.

Now this car is my DD and I don't plan on creating gobs of power but I'd like to at least make 540hp to the rear.

Now I will turn it over to the experts and Thanks for all the advice and help.
