a long time friend recently passed he was a mustang fanatic he drove a 98 cobra throughout high school and in memory of him i want to take one and trick it out as much as possible and still keep it street legal. my problem is that im no mechanic so im looking for ideas on what could be done to make this car the meanest thing rolling. im not interested in swapping out the engine itself but everything else is game lets say money is no object any ideas gentlemen
