Default Possible 5.4 2v swap overseas -need help

Hi, I have read and researched pretty much all there is here and other pages but still have a few question that I hope you could help me with.

1999 gt, 4.6 2v Windsor 5spd convertible, located overseas (Dominican republic) -I MUST have everything I need shipped over to the car so its critical that I plan and have everything sorted out.

1. What tuner do you recommend? Do you have or know where I could get a primary tune that I could load to fire it up and drive to a dyno shop? Could someone send me their tune for my use or is it specific to a handheld tuner? There are no shops that I have been able to find on the island that handle mustangs so I would either have to bring one with me or email the pull and specs to someone stateside and have them do it.

2. I really would like an HPS intake, do you know of any used ones at a discount?

3. are the cams the same on windsor heads? would I have to swap mine over to the van heads?

4.what vehicles came with larger injectors I could pull and reuse? did any vehicle come with 24# or 30#'s stock?

5. are the intake manifolds on towncars the same as mustangs? If I cant get an HPS for a decent price I plan on getting a newer style AL crossover intake with adapter plates.

6. will the stock fan and radiator cope with the tropical heat ok?

7. should I replace the drop springs to stockers in the front to cope with the weight increase?
