Default 4r70w to t-45 conversion

Anyone know where i can find a conversion kit for a 4r70w to T-45? only thing i can find online is AODE to t-45.. Looking for a decent price, dont really need a built to **** transmission, just looking for a basic swap, any info would be helpful and highly appreciated guys

Theres A LOT more to it than swapping transmissions. If it were my car, Id try to sell it and find a car built as a manual originally.

i was asking because i was told the AODE and the 4r70w are somewhat alike but are differnt transmissions, but we decided to have monster transmissions build a new 4r70w with a 3500 stall and a performance external cooler

True, the ratios are different but are both electronically controlled through the ECM. I run a competition Performance Automatic built 4r70w with 3500 stall and 24k GVW external cooler in addition to the stock radiator trans cooler. I get 1.6 60fts out of this set up on a good day.

thats what i like to hear!! ive already got stage 1 cams, CAI, upper intake, MSD coil on plugs, magnaflow catback, catted x pipe, flowmaster 40's, 4:10 gears and now i will have the built 4r70w tranny with 3500 stall and cooler... i think with this setup i should be able to push around.....280-290 to the rear tires. at least i hope so... going to keep for awhile then sell and get a 5 speed and build it up
