What is the stock MAF size in mm ???
 

Does anyone know the stock MAF size for 1996-1998 GT's and 1999-2004 GT's ??? Like an idiot I cracked my MAF housing by tightning a nut to hard :(
So i need to pick up either a used one or just a housing thats in good shape. Only problem what size do I need for my 03 GT??? Is the housing off a 1996-1998 the same diameter in mm ??? A friend has one that he would let go of pretty cheap its off a 1996 GT, if the housing is the same I couled use it.

im sure they are the same. but cant you just compare the 2?

Yep friend lives a couple of hours away, I fixed the crack in my housing with epoxy it is sealed but it looks nasty and guess you could say im a bit OCD/anal about my car. Next rare day off i get, ill make the trek to Atlanta and pick up the MAF. Hopefully the housing will be the same.

Anyone out there know the stock size, I've hunted all over, Im not sure but i think the older GT's had smaller MAF.

For those who want to know the 2002-2004 stock MAF is different from all the rest. Took alot of digging online and several calls to Ford dealers. The 2002 is 80mm the 98-98 is 70mm. But in 2002 Ford incorparated the IAT sensor into the maf.

Please for the love of all Fords, if anyone knows where I can get a housing or cheap used stock MAF let me know... Getting some problems with ideling and WOT, the crack on my MAF housing is really hurting performance, can't seal it to intake properly without rebreaking the epoxy fixed crack.
