Problems With My Driveline.....Need Help

I keep having problems with it. This is the 4th time my car has made this squealing noise. Every time I take it to Ford they say its the pilot bearing. The car has gone through 3 pilot bearings and im starting to hear it again. Ford has fixed it everytime so im sure it was fixed correctly. I just put a nitrous kit on my car so I have been a little hard on it lately, but this has happened 3 times before. Now im gonna have to take the whole ZEX kit off my car before I take the car to Ford so I dont void the warranty. Has this happened to anyone else? My car Is an 03 GT with the TR3650 Tranny. I still have the stock clutch in it. Are there any Heavy Duty pilot bearings out there or something? I need something.

Has the same tech. done all the work??If so,it could be it's being done wrong the same way every time. The seal must face toward the transmission or the grease will run out and this is your problem.Make sure the trans.and engine line up correctly.

If they are going to warranty this for you again, ask if they are changing the through out bearing. That was the issue I had. I put 112K miles on my car and never changed the pilot bearing and never had it squeek.

It could also be the drive belt slipping. This will happen whether the car is moving or not, making it easy to check.Just put the car in nuetral and mash the gas.

Well Im pretty positive it isnt the drivebelt because the last 3 times that I have taken it up there they had to replace the pilot bearing. Its making the exact same noise and you can hear it near the tranny if you get under the car. Maybe it is a lemon. I dont know Im getting tired of the same problems with this car. I went today to look at a used 03 cobra but they tried to rip me off. They said they would only give me 10,000 dollars for my car as a trade in. Yea right. Id have to be crazy. Maybe Ill sell the car for about $15,000 and go get me a cobra.

Just a quick point... people have snagged new 04 GT's for just under 20k... getting 15k for a used 03 might be a stretch...

Yea I found an red 03 cobra anneversary edition hardtop and I got them to drop the price down to 26,000 with only 9,000 miles on it but they still just wanna give me 10 grand for my GT. I know they can give me at least 11 or 12,000.
