That would be me!

Okay for one, it's the biggest TB that you can use without paying almost $400 for the single-bladed whipple that requires the C&L Intake manifold and custom fitting.

It does offer the most hp gain because it works flawlessly with the TPS system. Make sure you get the 65mm one though, not the 62mm stock GT500 TB.

Especially if you're going to go with a Procharger set-up you'll want the biggest TB you can get. But like I said without going with an aftermarket intake manifold this is the biggest you can use.

However, there are two very slight problems. My TB is the GT500 65mm, this thing is pretty massive and with my Steeda CAI it pushes the elbow up against the radiator reservoir. Also, since this thing is so huge it actually rubs against the matting on the bottom side of the hood and I had to use a dremel to trim the excess off and smooth it out (OCD kicked in). It's not a PITA, but it did pose a small issue that I wasn't expecting.

Footnotes: Do it, it's the best route you can go. Plus, it makes a sweet whistling noise when you go start to open her up (loud enough to hear it in car over my O/R x-pipe) which is badass to me. Sounds kind of like a turbo spool up I suppose, but without the turbo.

Well, thats the thing. I got it dyno-tuned right after getting the TB on (don't need it I just had it done because it was $15 dyno day at HoB. But, I pulled up another 15hp but I'm not sure if that was because of the dry air or what compared to the last time I dyno-ed.

I would guess another 10 hp or so if you already have a CAI (which you have to).

I really don't see it adding hardly anything power wise to a small n/a motor who's intake side is not the restriction. Unless you get it very cheap I could never see getting one. Only reason I have one on my 2v is I got the TB/plenum combo (different for us 2v then your 3v cars) is that it was so cheap I couldn't pass it up.

Spike, I heard it was a good addition to the car and I also heard numbers similar to those of yours 08mustang. The only place I can find the TB is on modularmustangracing.com and its 400. I think I'll go for my LT's and x-pipe first and then MAYBE try and get that TB. Thanks for your help folks..
