Hey guys, i recently took my 2000 gt to da performance shop to get my gears installed, my car had been squeaking before, from the clutch pedal, when it was just hanging, push it down and it stops, also, pick it up and itll stop to, the guys told me it was the clutch fork, can anyone tell me how to fix it? do i need to replace it, or can it be fixed? i need help guys, please, thanks

I doubt its the clutch fork, they just dont wear-out that often and usally not wear but one of the fingers can break....most clutch noise can be traced to the throw-out bearing and they are many reasons for it to squeak....bad/wore-out clutch, bad TO-bearing, bad or broken bearing retainer, to much stack hight on the clutch asbly, clutch pedal bushing worn-out, clutch cable binding, clutch pivot ball wear, improper clutch install, miss-match of parts and prob a few more I missed.............
