Default Throttle Body?

I'm thinking of buying a BBk Throttle Body, and upper plenum kit. The one i see for sell is 75mm. But alot of people tell me not to go over 70mm. I am new to this and have no idea what to get.

I was told that 75mm was only good for heavy modified motors.

Mine is not heavily modified. Pullies, headers and the plenum. I have never had any issues from the day I installed it.
