Default Spark Plugs?

Well in school today i got my car in the shop and i decied to check my spark plugs, They havent been changed for aleast 45K miles if not longer..The plugs in the car now are autolights...Im told fords run like crap with autolight spark plugs...So im going to change them within the nest week! What do you think of the Bosch Platinum IR Fusion, Bosch Platinum+4, or NGK....Which one of these would be best for my car?

Who said autolite plugs are crap? Everyone on here with a high-powered Mustang runs autolites!

Though, we run the cheap-*** copper plugs.....they make the best spark, but don't last as long.

If you don't need a copper, just run an OEM platinum plug.

Just make sure you have the correct size, heat-range, and that they are gapped correctly. If you want longevity, then get platinums.

Copper plugs are fine. Isnt necessary to upgrade the ignition system unless yours is crapping out or you've got a SERIOUS motor.
