Exhaust questions and opinions
 

Hi,first of all I want to say that I've been reading this forum for about a year and a half.And to me this is one of the best mustang forums i have found so far! I've had so many questions answered with ever having to post one.Just put in a search and always find yourself an answer.Perfect.So I'm finally made a post for the first time.I have an 03 Gt W/magnaflow exhaust and i wanting to buy an x-pipe and a set of headers.So far I'm set on an offroad x-pipe and shorty headers.Want to get matching brand x-pipe and headers cause I heard they match up easier when it comes to installation.So I'm just curiuos in what you guys think would be the best match for my car.THX.Just like to know what everyone's running and their opinions on their experiances with exhausts. thx again and keep up to good work!!

get slp! i have a slp off road x with the magnapacks, soon i'll be getting some slp LTs, and as for fitment the slp x mated up real nice with the packs.

You won't find matching shorties and an x pipe, unless you go with bbk (i wouldn't). Get the Bassani midlengths and x pipe.

My advice is to not get shorty headers.

dont get a matching x and headers it doesnt matter it will all bolt up. Get teh cheapest x-pipe you can and find whatever shorty headers you like. ebay has good deals on ceramic shorties.
