Intake spacer
 

Hey all i have 2002 GT and thinking about getting a Accufab 70 or 75mm T/B and plenum and was wondering about an intake spacer to go long with it. So this is prolly a dumb question but do intake spacers really work, and are they worth the money? ( 70 bucks or so) I have read that they give you abut 2-3 HP to the wheels is that true or will i just be wasting my money? Well thanks in advance.

You do not need one with the Accufab TB/PL setup.Don't waste your money!!

i believe all after market plenums have a thick base, so yeah, it's not needed, and i don't think they are worth it.

yeah it wont do much, its the kind of thing you put on if you got it for free, might add 1 hp at best

Do you mean the ones that go under your plenum, 'cause if so, you may as well extend your air intake tube 1 inch, it would have the same effect...nada!
