my next mod is going to be long tubes but i just cant figure out what brand i should go with i am thinking either mac or hooker. anyone has some opions they would like to share?

MAC's quality isn't the highest from my experiences. Hooker makes a very good product and has been around for a while. Also, with the Hookers, when you have to drop the tranny to do any clutch work, you won't have to remove either header to access it like you will with MAC or BBK.

If you have an Auto -- then do hookers. I have SLPs that were a deal on ebay -- otherwise pretty spendy, stainless. Don't forget BBK.

I had a set of MAC lt's myself. I got the HTS coated ones, and the finish really wasn't that great. If you go MAC get the ceramic coated ones for sure. I have heard stories about rust with MAC headers but didn't notice any on mine.

yeah i would love slp's but they are a bit out of my rang i am thinking the hookers are what i am most likly going ot go with.
its to bad mustangtuning doesnt carry mac or hooker headers wink* wink* |

If I got long tubes again, then I will go with SLP as well most likely.
