darn that sucks man how did the accident happen and what happened to your car?

 

I saw your post on the other forum. Are you just going to retire that stang and get another one. From the description it sounded like it took a big hit.

And yes I think all of us in the Midwest have a good chance for a get together. Quite a few in Wisconsin/chicagoland area and theres Lance in Missouri

 

from what i know so far, they're fixing it. the estimate isn't complete yet because i dont think my insurance company has approved anything. the running cost on repairs right now is $3700. driving the mustang 60 miles everyday is becoming a little expensive and for a while ive been thinking about getting something else. i freakin love the car (though i wish it were a GT), but its burning a hole in my pocket. if i sell it now to get something else, i'll definitely eventually have another one.

 

im in western ky, would be interested in a meet. go to Lasalle, ILL all the time...takes bout 5 hrs. just bought my first mustang yesterday...love it!

yeah i almost died on sat night heh. im sure dave knows how the roads were up here. i saw 2 plow trucks flipped over on their side.

 

Would love to do a meet some day. Am still learning about my car, but love it. I usually garage it this time of year but had to replace the winter car and now it's in for repairs... run of bad luck where that's concerned all the way around. Luckily I can work from home if the weather is too bad.

Not sure how far I can travel for a meet. I know there's a club here, too, and recently I think they've had a Shelby show nearby. So, I'll be anxious to learn all I can.

well my car is fixed and winter isnt too bad here in chicago this year. car is just full of salt though

she needs a thorough cleaning inside and out. cant wait for warm weather for wash, polish, and like 90 coats of wax

 

If it wasn't for me wrecking my Truck I wouldn't have this 'Stang.....sorry to hear about your wreck!

no he said it got stolen in dave and busters parking lot and had people from the site on the lookout making everyone look like asses

 

ok, so why are you guys here? I understand the one guy you all seem to hate since he has a Mustang. but you ugly truck owners....WTF? I mean, I know this place it way cooler than a freakin Mopar tank...i mean truck forum, but seriously...we've been warned I guess.

Im up for a meet I might be up in springfield, IL here in a couple months and I could probably make my way to chicago from there.
