Fast Ford Weekend
 

I know not many people here are from Georgia, but in April there is a Fast Ford Weekend at Atlanta Dragway.

This part seems like it would be fun....."Atlanta kicks off the first True Street event of the season, where the usual 100 plus Mustangs take to the highway for a 30 mile cruise."

Yeah, i went to the one close to my area about 2 or 3 yrs ago..I don't remember. I will say this...this past year i didn't go because the event has gone to s_h_i_t....with the their rules and regulations and the very expensive entry fees to race, and not the mention the entrace fee for spectators...i won't be going to any of them any time soon..

I will be in St.Louis at the WFC. Technically, isnt the speedway in Illinois??

hell yeah man, last time they had it at moroso the spectator entrance fee was like $30. way too much to check out a carshow...

The one in Phoenix last year sucked with a capital TERRIBLE!!!

They had an all Ford event at Norwalk that was pretty nice. I think tickets were 18.00. They had a nice car show and plenty of vendors.

The one in Va last year had an awesome set of cars in the the show. The racing was awesome and all that. However the entrance fee was pretty steep to spectate and then the second day got rained out and that REALLY sucked. Oh well, I still got lots of video and pics.

i go every year i think for 45bucks you cant beat 2 full days of drag racing,car show, swap meet etc... i gladly pay it for the last 6 years. Last year i ran in fast ford but got knocked out right away in teh first round with a bad light :(

I might goto st louis depending on my school schedual. If I go, itll be with my buddy and his 03 GT with vortech SQ2, and his brothers hatch with a 460. Id probably drive mine down there as well.
