does anyone know the laws on exhausts in jersey cause im not positive?

yeh...

you need cats...

you can pay a private inspector to give you a pass... without cats you wont pass... thats really all it is...

im from a little town called mountainside its kinda central jersey. theres like 4000 people that live in my town its tiny as hell and it sucks

i know of englishtown but dont know were it is im about 15 20 minutes from newark

have either of you ever been to the track in englishtown cause ive always wanted to go i want to know how it is. i have a bunch of friends with little ricers that go there all the time but ive never been
