Default Dyno Jet vs Mustang Dyno??

Could someone please explain what the difference is between a Dyno Jet and Mustang Dyno. Is one more accurate? From what I've read on other forums people usually say the Mustang Dyno shows lower numbers....why???

A Mustang Dyno is suppose to be more accurate because it puts more load on the car, meaning it recreates the road conditions and all that good stuff more.

Yea, basically Christie nailed it on the head, Mustang Dyno simulates a real life driving situation, and I think it lets you tune your car for daily conditions, instead of having to dyno tune the car, and then get on the street and do some drivability issue tuning there as well. The Mustang Dyno's typically read less than a dynojet.

Dyno jet is made in Vancouver Canada I beleive. At the sema show at the ford dysplay they had a dyno jet set up on a stage with drag lights. John force daughter was running a 06 gt on it and it would show everting , horse powere, 1/4 mile time , rpm etc. It was petty cool to see

that would be bs running the 1/4 on a dyno.... u wouldnt have to worry about launching, and spinning the tires.. just drop the clutch and "your off"

Ashley Force went to my school (college). Cal State Fullerton. Too bad I never saw her cause she's pretty hot.

I've wondered about those things as well....my local speed shop has a dyno that you can run the 1/4 mile on and they swear it's dead on. I believe that you can spin the tires on the dyno, but it's still not the same thing
