I wanted to know if anyone here has heard a car with bassani catted x and the Bassani street competition cat-back.. I was wondering how must louder then stock would that be and how raspy as well... Please let me know what you guys think..

one of my friends in town has it and it sound soooo gooood bro. it is a little raspy but damn it sounds good. and yea its pretty god damn loud. the kid that has it says he will never get a dif. exhaust for a mustang he will always stick with bassani

i didnt' think that it would be that loud... So exactly how loud it is? i don't want anything that i get pulled over for or anything along those lines.

it depends where you are at. where i live you see my setup is the loudest setup beside cut outs or open headers and anyone on this site will agree. but getting back to the point i have never been pulled over and i don't think he has either. you just got to know when to step on it and when not to. but when he ripped it last week infront of my house. that §hit sounded mean and was very loud as well. not as loud as mine thought :D :D

ya i've heard that the Loudmouth's are extremely loud especially teamed up with the prochamber..right no i just have welded in Magnaflow mufflers and thats just a little too quiet for me just want something thats "just right".

My older brother... has JBA shorties, Bassani Catted X, and Bassani Street Competition Catback. This combination sounds amazing... The best word to describe it is Deep. Perfect, something to aspire to. He removed the baffles (silencers) from the exhaust and it only got louder... This is the kind of exhaust that make syou wet your pants, while not sounding too revvy like the SLP's. Back when the exhaust was installed on his car, bassani didnt make headers... Not only does it SOUND good, it also looks amazing... But, everyone has there own taste, some prefer the sound of flowmasters... I dont.

Bassani makes a good sounding exhaust system. It's not as loud as the SLP Loudmouth system, but it gets the job done.

what do you guyz think about the spintec side exhaust? I never really heard alot about them, but i went to the website and listened to one of their sound clips and i love the growl it makes when you let go of the throttle...

I myself have the SS bassani catback street competition, and i have my bassani x sitting in my room! Well first thing, take off the silencer inside the catback pipes if you deiced to go with bassani, the sound goes from "wuss" to "monster"!!! Sounds much better/louder! Bassani's are not the LOUDEST, but sound the best to me! Bassani's are good quality made stuff and great sound!! but if you want to be loud, id say, go with slp!

So if you want a clean, nice, pretty loud sound, and deep tone sound-- get bassani

If you want to be LOUD, raspy, and more of a rumble noise/sound--- get slp

Opinion:

Ya i really don't want anything too loud anyways.. I just wanted something just right... I've heard SLP and no offense to any of you guys out there but i personally think it sucks... WAY TOO loud for me...
