Still waiting on any kind of receipt...
 
I ordered quite a load the other day, almost $300. I never received any kind of confirmation e-mail of my order. I have no record of what I even ordered. I have yet to hear back from my multiple e-mails sent to sales@mustangtuning.com. I'd really like some kind of feedback to ease my mind.

Did I mention I plan on ordering quite a lot more from here in the near future if I can just get a hold of someone. I still need my cold air intake + throttle body and spacers and I also need that predator flash tuner kit with the new pulleys too.

I ordered my short throw from here and got it very quickly, but I also ordered the shorty antenna which I guess was out of stock, almost 3 weeks ago, and have heard nothing on the status of that...but I liked the free shipping!! Plus mustangtuning seems to be a little cheaper than some of the other sites, sweet!

I ordered my Chrome Saleen wheels one day on my lunch break at work and had them the next day. Same with my chin spoiler. Some times they are a little hard to get in touch with via phone, so leave a message - thats why they have voice mail. I had to leave a message once and I got a phone call back in about 45 minutes. Email them if you don't wanna call. They will get back to you. I've had nothing but great service here. Hell, I work in Automotive eCommerce and I still buy stuff here cause of the great service and prices.

Guys...I placed 2 orders with Mustang Tuning, and they got ahold me within a day or 2 updating me on my order. Im a paitent person so...I just wait when I order things. I also get the feeling, that this company is growing and growing, so customer support is gonna get beefed up as well. This company hasnt given me any indication that they are frauds....quite the opposite in my opinion. :D

I believe you emailed us over the weekend, but our customer service employee only works M-F. He has responded to you by now I believe.
