Default headlights

hey im tryin to take out my headlight bulbs so i can get the dew outta there and seal them up for good but they dont seem to wanna come out........do the whole fitting around the bulb come out or do i just pull the bulb out the back with the strength or wat there has got 2 be an easier way........

The easiest way to do it is if you remove the 2 pins holding the headlight assembly in place and slide it out just a bit so you have a more room to work. Then twist and pull... and replace...

alrite yea i got that far but the twist in pull just always takes more effort than i think it should and it always seems like im goin 2 break them so i thought maybe ive been doin sumpin wrong

I replaced mine the same way 4.6 said, just mess with it, there is a little like plastic pin thing you gotto lift up behind it, just look at how its mounted

If they haven't been out in a while they can be a pain in the a$$ to remove.

I replaced both headlight buckets on my GT, due to some pretty extensive plastic cancer and hazing. Had to use more force than I expected to gettem loose.

It took me 10 minutes to replace both of my headlights on my first try..
