CarSponsorship.com Winner?

Alright, I've known about this site for a while and they had a little contest going and you just had to fill out a small form and submit. Well, usually you submit your application with and they charge you $89 for the processing and suck but if you get sponsored, no guarantees, you will receive atleast $500 in sponsorship materials and if really lucky you get up to $25,000 in materials from your sponsor/ sponsors. Well, I was always thinking about doing but I never really had the money to do it and I thought it would worth a try if the site was up to it's word. So I submit this contest entry and they email me saying I won the contest. Now they say to fill out the full application and send them $89 for the processing. I emailed them back and asked,"By me winning this contest am I guaranteed a sponsorship for my car instead of only having the chance with the usual application?"

I want get your take on this, scam or no?

Let me add this too, they told me to gather a couple pictures of my car for some before and after articles they will be posting.

Hi Benjamin,

Congratulations! You have been chosen for the Pimp Your Ride Sponsorship! Before we go into the details on your exciting new sponsorship we want to thank you and our sponsors for making this opportunity possible. Without Dunlop, B&G Suspension, Tsunami, Blaupunkt USA, Optimal Graphics Inc., Gila Window Tint and our other exclusive sponsors, this would not be possible. If you are not familiar with these companies we suggest that you visit their websites and learn more about the products you will receive. Also, because you only filled out our fast app, our sponsors have requested that you answer some additional questions about you and your future car plans. For your convenience, I have set up a web page for you. Please go to https://www.carsponsorships.com/qual...ponsorship.php and answer the questions to the best of your ability. Please keep in mind; we have the right to refuse your application for any reason. To ensure success, please answer the questions appropriately, clearly and truthfully. Please submit your answers as soon as possible. Once submitted, we will send you your sponsorship information via email within 24 hours.

In the meantime, please gather any photos of your vehicle as we may require those at some point during the sponsorship period for before/after press releases.

Sincerely,

Ragen St. Peter

I dunno but I bought Uranus off ebay and still haven't received it yet. Maybe it was the same guy?

By the way, don't do it. Any logical mind would know that is a scam. Maybe you should try and register with a different name and see if you get the same email? Go make some fake email at yahoo or something...good luck.

Also anybody with the name Ragen Peter has to be a scammer lol.

I had filled out that thing a while back too and I got the same reply as you. No matter what car you send in, even if you put a 1980 geo metro, they will still email you saying you are a winner and to send them $89. And I bet even if they do send you something, i bet they will send you a ricer decal kit which they will say is worth $500. Its a scam dude, That is always advertised at cardomain, so you think they will really send $5,000+ of stuff for $89?, id think not. Like my dad always told me, "No one will ever sell you a $10 dollar bill for a dollar"

You might get some company like "depends" or "preperation H' looking to put big stickers on your car maybe??? That would suck
