Default Labor Day Weekend

So, Happy labor day!

Anybody got anything fantastic planned?

Personally, im sitting here at work rotting in a cubicle hell while my buddys are dirtbiking in moab! Boy, this weekend will be great!

Might have to call up the old standby tonight. hehehehe

What about you? Anyone got anything exciting going on? can i live a nice labor day weekend vicariously through your own debaucherous exploits?

Heh, beats working. I make doubletime and a half when working holidays, im single with no kids so i usually volunteer for the money and let the married people have family time.

Venom, Home Depot. <sigh> Thats what happens when you get married or buy a house. I was up there earlier today getting some 90 angle clamps and some mdf, im gonna punch a hole in my house and sink my stereo equipment into the wall on tues/wed cause i have those days off. Good times. <laugh>

Yeahm, MDF is like the playdoh of the wood world. <laugh> it also has excellent accoustical properties too. Many of the highly renoun and highly expencive (even over $20k+) audiophile loudspeakers setups are made of MDF, it doesent warp like natural woods and lasts damn near forever, exellenct dampening properties too. But yer not gonna pay thousands for something that looks like a cardboard box, so they usually wrap it in some very high quality all natural wooden veneer, or in some cases like Wilson Audio, they use automotive paint. Wilson Audio's alexandrias look almost like a ferrari. Cost about the same too. heheh

Just a lil tidbit for ya about MDF. <laugh>
