Default Car Got Dyno Tuned _Graph pic

Well. I got my car dyno tuned today. Im glad I did it sooner cause My air/Fuel was waaayyyy off..lol i was running 20% LEANER than normal due to my accufab plenum, Accufab 70mmT/B and JLT Ram air intake.

my base run was 244HP and 278 lbs torque
After the SCT chip and tune My air/fual was dead on and ran at 246HP and 287 LBS torque

The lower rpms at about 3000-4000rpms I am now running like 11 more horsepower than before. So I picked up some good numbers down low as well!

they gave me 4 programs on the chip as well
position #0 4k 2 step
#1 3.5K 2 step
#2 3k 2 step
And for the position #3 is a 4.10 gear speedo adjust.

They said that I Would have broke 250HP easily if it wasnt so damn hot and humid to.

check out the Dyno Graph attached.

thanks! My car feels much smoother, and the SOTP meter likes it to.

the 3000RPM 2 step rev limiter is awsome. My launches will be much more consistant...although my tires will spin ALOT at the track if I do Launch it at 3000rpms....

I am surprised you were soo lean. I think my car runs pig rich despite my mods. Not rich enough to foul the plugs, but I get some backfire pops from time to tim.

I am gonna get mine dyno tuned after I install my 24 lb injectors and focus pump. I see no point in doing it until then otherwise I will just be paying for another one. Unfortunately, I am also going to have to send my chip to MD to have all my tunes changed for the injectors first. I will probably then just have one dyno tune on my chip and leave the others as mail order tunes. That way I will have a fall back, but I ask the tuner first and see what he says.

I finally found a guy in Allentown which is only an hour away.

Thanks for posting the numbers.

Probably Dorny Park. A-Town is no different than any other city. There are some rough spots and some really nice areas.

The tuner actually lives up on Blue Mountain if I recall, which is actually quite a bit north of A-Town. It is well into the country.
