04 Mach

Are these things still worth $20k? http://huntington.craigslist.org/ctd/2065972407.html
It's at the stealership and only has 2500 miles, but I'm a little sticker shocked.

Dang I dont know what to think. Looks to be in mint condition. I would love to own me one of those.

Not for fucking 20k. That's way overpriced. Mint or not, thats ridiculous.

18k is the complete top that i'd pay for a Mach 1. You can get a clean Termi for that price though.....just saying.

Touring engine 4.6? lol What is it a damn 350z?

And carpet fail.

Other than that...I d hit....I mean, Id buy it...not for 20 freaking K. Theres an 04 termi in town here for 18K. Similar miles

Nice car, but it's not worth 20k. I don't think the seller will get 18 for it, maybe on a good day. It kind of difficult to price a car with those low miles.

The only thing wrong is it's not Azure Blue or Screaming Yellow.

Either you like those colors or you neglect to realize that ford only made a couple thousand in Comp Orange. The most uncommon color for a Mach is Oxford White which is less then 1k built.

All depends on the area and its at a dealership so of course they will jack the price up. Around here it's hard to find a termi for 20k that doesn't have a crap load of miles on it.

WNRacing 11-18-2010 08:16 AM

If I had the $$ I'd buy it... Comp. Orange is fairly rare and it would be like having a brand new Mach. I'd probably pay up to $18k or so for it. Like everyone has said though, you can get a Termi with more miles for $18k too...

Its because I like those colors. Yes, I realize Competition Orange is rare but doesn't look that good IMO. I think the blue looks best by far, mainly because my dad had a 1970 Grabber Blue Cobra Jet Mach 1. It's long gone though:(

screamin price on a concourse perfect mach. if you're looking for one to keep in the garage that's it. Otherwise, you can get about the same amount of car for half the money.

krenogin 11-18-2010 12:49 PM

If someone buys that car and garages it, I bet it will be in barrett jacksons auction in years to come.

08mustang_gt 11-18-2010 12:59 PM

I really don't see why a low mileage new-edge Mach 1 would be worth jack shit in a Barret Jackson auction....

Cars are only worth anything if they are either very hard to find (as in there were a fair amount made but they've all been lost) or if they were very rare in the first place.

This Mach fits neither of those....just my opinion. Nothing in the mustang world nowadays will be worth shit in the future. Everything is too mass produced.

I fucking love Comp Orange though. I wish the Termi was CO instead of SY.
