So..I don't know if you guys remember, but I posted a thread about me moving to Arizona to go to flight school for helis.

Well I'm moving this week! except...instead of moving to Arizona, I'm moving to Hawai'i. There's an awesome school out there..plus I (sort of) grew up there. I have an aunt I'm staying with until I find an apartment or something. I'll be about 20 minutes west of Honolulu in Makakilo City. I'm super stoked

I leave for San Fran on Weds..then I leave for Hawai'i on Saturday. I'll be out there at least 8 months for training. Maybe more.. all depends on where my job takes me.

Dude I know spent his whole AF career in Hawaii. You can't do much better than that. Just beware the waves, and gradually get used to the local cuisine.. GL Bro...

 

Thanks man. No need to gradually get used to the food though, I grew up on that **** manapua, musubi, loco moco. That's my death row meal right there

San Fran is a sweet city. I really enjoy it there. It's a little chilly, but that's my only complaint.
