I sold my baby

It was a good 6 years but on Thursday I put her up on eBay hoping that by the time the 7 day auction was over my new 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 would be here. On Friday someone about 30 minutes from where I live came and looked at it, test drove it for about 5 minutes, and was handing me the money for my baby. He drove off and caught second and hammered it hard. It was one of the hardest things I've done.. to watch someone else drive off in the car that I planned every single mod and my dad and I did every single installation.

I don't think it would be nearly as hard if my new car was already here. The guy who bought it is a constable (low level cop? not sure if that's how it's spelled) but he told me he's going to put some kind of black stripe on the car and police lights inside it.

He called me the next day and told me he's had 3 people offer to buy it for $2000 more than what I sold it for, but people tried to buy it from me all the time but never was serious.

Anyways, to my car.. I will miss you and it was a wonderful 6 years, I hope the new owner takes care of you!

Damn thats sad. Ive had my car from brand new since 2002. I couldnt IMAGINE selling it unless I really needed the money or in your case....(upgraded) But I have no plans getting rid of it ...even for a new model stang hell no. plus I put alot of money into it

Dang... that's a sad thought. I would have loved to own it with everything you had done. Oh well, you'll be getting your '11 in no time.

The 2011 will ease the pain when you get it
