Well, some good places to start are a new Midpipe such as a Mac prochamber or off road H pipe. New exhaust to make it louder. It really depends on what your plans are. You have a great platform to supercharge. Our cars dont do much with just the bolt ons so if you want serious horsepower, youll have to supercharge or spray it. If you just want a little street runner, get a new midpipe, some 4.10's or 3.73 rear end gears. Dont waste your money on a cold air intake, they dont do much, just get a K&N and be done with it. I hear the steeda underdrive pullies and steeda timing adjuster is a nice way to pick up some horsepower so maybe those. Just read around on places like Stangnet.com and Corral and see what works for everyone else. Oh and get a new shifter NOW. Any of the aftermarket shifters are better than stock so go with whatever you feel best with. Good luck and welcome to the board.

Matt said it all!!!!!!!! Perfect!

To strengthen what he said, the bullet intake is ideal for spray of a blower. Guys pay big bucks to upgrade their GT's for the intake on your car.

I would do gears, pullies, and exhaust mods right away. Good platform to build other stuff later.

Keep in the mind, the advantage of the bullet intake is not the 10 extra hp (heck, I did that that with a plenum and a TB), it's an ideal building block for real added power down the road.

I think what Mike is trying to say is that you should get gears.

1 - Exhaust
2 - Rims
3 - Tri-Ax
4 - Gears
5 - Spray

If you wanted some exterior mods there are many free mods you can do if you dont want to spend money like shortening the antenna, clearing the headlights etc. There are several other cheap mods you can do for appearance if you dont want anything major like a full body kit or different wheels. You could change the emblems, or put on a chin spoiler.

Just wish a company like Wheel Replicas would make a 10.5 version, now that would be absolutely awesome.

Your wheels look just like a '00 GT right? just with the painted spokes?

Well, kinda. They have a darker tint to them that looks like a graphite clearcoat. The spokes have the dark grey painted inserts. They look so great when the car is clean. Oh man I need to get off my butt and wash the car and get some pics. *wipes drool off his face
