Don't think I would buy this car.

Full of fail. The auto body mechanic with 13+ years experience didn't have a clue what he was doing. First off they put the standard Mustang c-pillars on instead of the Mach 1 c pillars. The right front fender and quarter doesn't have the stripe. It doesn't have the Mach 1 grill delete but instead that shitty honeycomb grill. What the hell happened to the Shaker? There's paint on the exhaust tips. Those wheels are terrible and the right rear wheel doesn't match. I'm pretty sure the right front fender isn't ligned up right either.

Switch 07-11-2009 02:22 AM

I'm diggin that one wheel that doesn't match. haha

zigzagg321 07-11-2009 04:42 AM

wow, that is horrible. exhaust tips look great!!!!

mustangvsix 07-11-2009 07:59 AM

dear god that car is screwed up real bad. Look at the panel gap between the pass. fender and door. I bet that frame is fubared and thats why the motor sits soo low and the shaker doesn't sit high enough anymore.

I would pay like $5k for it, so I could strip it out and part it.

Widowmaker[X] 07-11-2009 08:21 AM

What the hell $10,500? GTFO of here...

Leonide 07-11-2009 08:57 AM

it was probably in a crash, either that, or was a regular GT made to look like a mach. dunno. either way, it's total trash. it's even an auto.

Steeda97 07-11-2009 09:18 AM

lol epic shaker fail.

P42 means Mach1

And there's nothing wrong with Autos...

Didn't anyone ever tell you.. Shakers work soooo much better when they are below the hood

Black Sunshine 07-11-2009 01:09 PM

If you look at the picture that shows the rear of the car, you can see quite a significant difference in the gap between the rear bumper and the lights on the driver's side versus the passenger side. It's like the entire rear bumper sits crooked.

White04GT 07-11-2009 01:12 PM

Man what a peice.

JackThe Ripper 07-11-2009 01:36 PM

Oh man, that poor poor mach! Somebody put it in a car crusher and put it out of its misery!

the sorry thing just looks pitiful! :(

Yea only if it has six dollars worth of gas in it.

whitestang04 07-12-2009 10:35 AM

That poor car deserves to be parted out.

Which part was it that you wanted? The crushed shaker, or the odd wheel? lol.

Leonide 07-12-2009 12:13 PM

almost tempted to buy it to fix it up properly.

The only thing worth parting is the seats.

I would actually like to have those though.

I purchased this car at a salvage auction here in Tucson.
that should of helped you guys figure out why all the problems.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything though...

They sell cars at Barrett Jackson with salvage titles... mainly pace cars and things of that nature...

TUFF 4.6 07-12-2009 05:40 PM

I would be scared to buy a car that has had roof damage and fixed by someone that does this type of work. Salvage titles is not the problem, its the shitty work that is done to repair them.
