So, how young does one have to be where a 150 year sentence isn't "essentially a life term"?

It really makes no sense. If you think about it, you'd have to laugh at the way our systems work. We can legally give the man life in prison, but we can rack him up 150 years. WTF is the difference? I guess if it were less years he could parole out, but not going to happen him.
