Default Thinking of trading my stang in!!!!

Hey guys. Well working for a dealership i see some pretty nice vehicles come in on trade. And now I found one that i really like. It's a 2003 Harley Davidson Edition F150. It's the supercharged one so i'm loving it. It's Silver on the bottom and Black on the top. Exact color i want. What do you guys think? Should i go for it? I'm kind of in limbo here. Decisions decisions!!!!!!

I think if its necessary, then trade for it. Like, if you need something to haul stuff or more people around in. Otherwise, its going to get worse gas mileage than your car, and will not be as fun/fast as the stang.

I like trucks and I even have one, sort of (Suburban Z-71). But, everyone I know that has ever gotten out of the stang thing, has only regretted it.

But, you gotta do what you gotta do.

It is the same except for a pulley change on the blower to turn the boost down a bit. Memory serving me correctly, I think it was rated at 345hp.

But be ready cause every weekend someone will be asking you to "borrow" (which really means come over and do all the work cause i know you won't let me drive it) to move, cut fire wood, etc.............

its a detuned version of the lightning motor, but it weighs a lot more. i beat one last night with exhaust and pulleys. they're not that fast.

not sure but i think they're supposed to run mid 14's stock at best

They won't beat a 99+ GT, not evey a stock one(with a good driver) They run low 15's,high 14's at best stock. My buddy has one with a few things done to it(pully, exhaust, tune) and he only put down 317 rwhp, and that's a big heavy truck.

yeah i'm still thinking about it. I have to say...it is fast for a truck though. And it is sick looking. I don't really need the room but i've always been a fan of them ever since they came out. And then when they supercharged them!?!?! oh that did me in. I'm still in thought though.

Not into trucks at all, jus dont go racing with that thing! Even tho it is pretty quick n stuff! I jus hate seeing people on the road, driving like its a porshe or somethin. Just doesnt seem what a truck should be doing! Its a nice truck tho, for cruisin!! DONT GIVE UP YOUR STANG IS MY VOTE!! LOL

na i wouldn't race it. I just like having the power. I know that it's there. I'm the same way about my stang. I don't put mods on it cause i want to race everybody...i do it cause i just like knowing it's there. I'm not a race head by any means. Everynow and then...but i leave that and the tickets to ricers. It's funny to see them pulled over.
