I SOLD my car yesterday:(. Now i don't know what to get:confused: i'm thinkin a mach1 or cobra or GT 01 and up. a GTO or a lightning Will see what i get.

Get a Cobra. I would look anywhere from a 500 mile radius from you and find the perfect one at the perfect price.

Ive got a buddy trying to sell his Black '03 Cobra

Has 75,1xx miles

since bought:
New plugs, air filter, mobil 1 synthetic oil, coolant flushed, changed trans fluid, royal purple rear diff fluid, 4 nitto 555's(100miles on these), ebc front slotted rotors and redstuff pads, max motorsports 4 bolt cc plates, tinted taillights. Frontend is making noise at low speed corners, pretty sure its cc plates but i don't know for sure, it drives fine, no vibrations or anything, so it can't be anything major. Needs a driver side mirror glass curtiousy of the last (female) owner.

It has been pretty much garage kept for the last 8months. Worked on and owned by a professional mechanic. Everything on the car, besides brakes is completely stock

I was reading the thread and one of the guys mentioned that it looks like it has GT mirrors. I think he's right.

Good question, I think I scare people off when I inquire about cars because I ask about 500 questions trying to find a lie or any kind of a shaky answer. :rolleyes:

I might consider buying an older truck or something like that with a salvage/rebuilt title, not a Mustang.. BUT I had a buddy that got a sweeeeet deal on a (new edge) bullitt that had been in a small flood. The guy he bought it from scooped it up at aution, ripped all of the carpet out, drained all of the fluids and made sure there weren't any rust issues, dried everything out and sold it.. If you find someone that actually puts good work into a car with a bad title you could get a reallly nice car. Finding the honest people is the hard part though..

Well how is the weather there and can you keep it covered? I noticed that the Convertable needs to be repaired/fixed. If they taken care of the car I might get it, because it has so many miles, but that's my opinion.

If you need a DD, which I assume you do, then a rebuilt engine doesn't sound good to me..

What's a DD? :( I rather go with a with lower miles weather it's rebuilt or not, but it depends on my mood at the time I guess. There is places you can go to have a test ran on the car to see how much life it has left.

Ah oh okay. Yeah I was just thinking about how they said that the top needs to be replaced or something. Which means if it rains that's not good.

That's good, you didn't want that POS anyway. Keep looking, you'll find what you want. It took me almost 3 solid months, but trust me, I found what I was looking for.
