Default Octane Booster?

My wifey bought me a can of OUTLAW Octane Booster. My question is...does this crap really help performance? I would think not really, but would it be worth mixing it up with my 93 octane gas that I already use?????

just curious....lol?

I have some 108 in my garage...hmmmm, that would probably result in some damage.

let me explain the octane booster in this way.

When you get gas, there is normally two tanks in the ground. 87 octane and 93 octane. Now you ask, but they have like 89 as well.

This is how it works, when you get supreame the middle one, it will mix part 93 and 87. Its is not exactly half and half but pretty darn close.

Now take your gas tank from ranges of 10Gal. - 13Gal.

You have an almost full tank of 93octane and you add this little bottle of 97 octane to it. Do you see the ratio numbers here, if anything you might boost your octane up to 94. It is a wast of money people, dont buy it.

You want real octane pushing power, go by the local track of yours, usually a sunnoco and get racing fuel.

Hope this helps, any further questions on this, just ask

I had to run 100 octane once when I ran out of gas at Road America. I was drving to the gas station at 35mph in 5th gear with heat on full blast in the middle of summer. I was scared to mess something up but after I filled up back with normal gas, my car sure did run great.
