It was because the guys always referred to her as gums because of a really bad tooth to gum ratio so it slipped out after a few many drinks haha when I was trying to get whoever was next to the laptop to change the song

i.e. The joke was topical because of the other thread about that huge ugly bald woman, and sunshine used it in her joke.
Kinda like how south park is always so topical, like the episode about the election result less that 24 hours after we got the election results.
