What do Termi's sell for there? Hell, I might just take a vaca for my next ride if prices are that good.

Your car looks good. Throw a procharger on it. 400+ hp! Winner.

talk about running your mouth before you know whats up.

go look up the kbb value of a stock GT with 41,000 miles.

then go look up the prices for all the mods I have.

then come back here and put your foot in your mouth.

Mod's do nothing to help your price. Sure it's nice plus for the person buying the car looking for a modded car, but you gotta just get over all the lost money spent on mods, and just be happy with KBB value.

I wouldn't call him an idiot... 01 GT's with 40k miles go for 8K here, but that is here in Texas. They might be higher in some places I don't know. You can find mach 1's for 15K here also. I mean shit with all the money I have in my car it's worth 30 grand!...but lets be realistic here at the end of the day it's just a GT and I would be lucky to get 12.5-13k for it.

Dave04Mustang 10-01-2008 10:28 AM

IMO your price is fine zig. The only 01 GT's I see here in austin that are under 10K have 70K+ miles on them. Probably won't sell until the markets rebound and our economy stops going down the toilet

Dude I get 27mpg on the highway doing 85mph~, which is surprisingly just as good/maybe better then my V6 did.

oh and pcola sell your stang now! 10k for zigs stang is a deal.

and as far as a mach 1 being 12.5k, something is up with it some how or it is just a once in a life time deal, a car with that low of miles that is a very limited production is not going to be that cheap. Around home I would see that for at least 17-20k area.

Nordstroms in Winter Park has a 2003 Silver Termi with 4,000 MILES!!! VERT. STOCK 23k.

King 10-01-2008 03:15 PM

Something has to be wrong with it. Keyed, body damage (or repaired body damage), electrical problems, or something.

You can get termies in colorado for 22-23k..... maybe 30k miles..

King 10-01-2008 03:37 PM

Why didn't you guys tell me this before I got the Mach? I don't regret getting the Mach, but it would've been nice knowing I could've gotten a Termi for the same price.

12k IS the kbb value...a bit more actually. I was just saying that 7-8k in mods might help a 12k car sell when its listed for 12k.

Try posting on multiple craigslist cities that are like withing 200 miles from you. It wouldn't hurt to do that if you haven't already.
