So a little more than a month ago (May 16) I got married and just before I took off work to go on my honeymoon my boss told me that my hours were going to be cut back on the first of June. I was going from 40 a week to 20 a week which is kind of a kick in the balz for a newly wed, I really wanted to kick the guy in the face. For one I didn't make that much to start off with and now I was only going to make half of that. So what I have been doing is applying for every job that I can to try and get back to full time and today I finally got offered one and the pay is better than I had before and the hours are the same that I had before my boss decided to be a dick. The kicker is that the guy that I work with also found a job at the same time and we have it planned out to hand in our two weeks notices within a day of each other and our boss has no idea it is coming (we are the only two people in our position so the boss will be fucked).

Payback is a Bitch.

me and the other couple guys that work with me in the IT Dept have always said it would be so kewl if we all could go into our mngrs office andhand our notices in togethor!

Ever since he chopped our hours we have been talking about how awesome it would be to screw him over for it. I would have understood if the company was making cut back or if it had to be done but it happened becuase he wanted things to flow more "smoothly" but they don't. In fact they take slightly longer than before and the people who do what he took away from us (the registration paperwork) make more mistakes and get paid more than we did.

The bright side for me is that I get to walk in with a smile on my face and a guiltless concience becuase while I'm screwing the hell out of him I know he brought it on himself especially becuase I tlod him his idea to stream line everything wouldn't work and all he said was I guess we will see.


Well we will see now bitch. Don't take the person who does the jobs advice you obviously know more about it than he does.

With me and my buddy gone there will be no one left to train the newbies

Thats nothing. When i worked at Lowes, there was 7 people in the department. 5 of us handed in our 2 weeks at the same time.

The thing is that my job takes 6 weeks of training even though it is entry level at the hospital and the only two people who know how to do it are leaving at the same time. My boss barely knows what I do let alone how to train some one to do it as well as I did.

Just to clarify even though I work in a hospital and my job is procedure specific no one will die or be harmed as a result of my revenge

I just don't want you guys to think that I am a bad person.

But if someone is going to fuck with how much I make that is an indirect offence against my family and if some one fucks with my family directly or indirectly I will not pull my punches.
