Fuel Pressure Regulator

Does anyone know where i can get a decent Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator so i can tune the air/fuel ratio on my car

assuming you have a pre 99 modle year car, other wise we have a returnless fuel system and thus we have no FPR.
