Default getting back into what I loved doing at one time.

Weightlifting

a year ago i loved doing it then it all just stopped one day...well little by little. guess the food was getting boring and such. i am 5'6 and a year ago i was 185lbs @ 10% BF, could benchpress 315 for 2, rack deadlift well over 600 and squat 405(knees were killin me), and 17 1/2" arms. was eating 12oz of steak aday, 4-5 protein shakes(100% all whey), 2-3 packs of raw tuna, 40 raw eggwhites, 6 cups of oats in water - imagine the food bill aweek haha.

now im 145lbs who knows what BF and and prolly 13-14" arms. ha.

time to get back into it

going to see where im at on max's tomorrow (bench, rack deadlift, and squat). im half afraid to see what the numbers are now .

and yes im only 17 now. ha

Wow, thats a pretty good bench and deadlift. I like to lift, I was on the weight lifting team in highschool for a year, wasn't too serious about it though. I was proud of my squat, 475lbs. I'm 155lbs 5'7'', My bench and dead lift were poo, 185 and 245.

Wow so at 16 those were your numbers. Pretty damn good!

Trying to compensate for your height, shorty? lol just joking.

A couple of my friends work out daily and drink their protien. I don't know where they get the motivation...i find that shit so boring. Idk the whole time while i work out, i think of better things that i could be doing. I dont wanna be huge, but i do wanna be cut. Just have 0% motivation.

You should build back up pretty quick. Sounds like you had a good game plan.

Those are some great lifting numbers for people 5 years older than you. I'm really surprised you lost that much weight from not lifting anymore though.

Lol. Its not that big of a deal. Its not gay at all really. You saying all those body builders are gay for buying fitness mags full of other men flexing? Bet you wont call them gay!
