If the warranty on my car is expired, but there is\are issue(s) with the car that are clearly covered by a TSB(s), would that still allow for Ford fixing the problem without charge to me?
Also, what if a problem was serviced by the dealer, that not only was covered by a TSB but the work was done while the car was under warranty, can I expect to have that problem looked at again, (it's occuring again) even though the car is now out of warranty?

it could go either way, they might tell you too pound sand. Or they, as in the dealership, might try to find a way to get you covered. I would call and talk to the service manager. Just try to be level headed with him on the phone and maybe he might help you out.
