good price for d1sc?

Procharger D1SC with 3.2 and 3.8 pulleys, 3 Core Sheet Metal Front Mount Intercooler, Procharger Hi-flow Race surge valve (anodized red), all necessary piping but no fuel for 2800? seem like a good deal?

15k ish. everything brand new (s/c, i/c, race bypass) is 5500
