wow i just spent 3 days in jail...
 

i'm not at liberty to say why for a couple of weeks until my trial...but that shit sucked ass. **** county jail...that was a god damned lesson in life. i am never going back to that shit. EVER. **** that. that sucked.

2 felonys (one was a class 6 :/)and 2 misdemeanors..and i don't think i'll have to go back. but ill get a year on probation.

i was charged with killing a uniformed officer of the law back in 1997. No joke either. Long story. I thought my life was over dude, was in jail for a week, worst week fo my life i was scared to death. long story, but it wasnt a human it was a dog.

Yup. Igor. Chow mix K-9. Very unpredictable dog, should never have been in service. Ended up putting a 3 round burst of 5.56 ball ammo right down its back as it was bearing down on me. They charged me with killing a peace officer and a uniformed military member, i was looking at spending the rest of my live at ft. levinworth. **** that dog. It should never have been put in service, it was unpredictable, and had acuallt bit half a dozen people unprovoked. the 35th cop shop shut the victims up buy buying em some new uniforms. I was out with the K9 handler at 3rd space surveillance's elephant cage, they were running drills with the kennel master. Goddamn Igor ran pas the kennel master and made a wide arc towards me. They told me to be still, dog closed in on 50 meters and i chambered my rifle (was on SP augmentee duty) and raise it, kennel master pulled his 9m on me and told me to drop it, kevin (k9 handler) kept calling Igor, Igor would not go back, he got about 10 feet from me and i put em down. That dog was dangerous. I wasnt about to have this dog bite my arm unprotected and **** me up and debilitate me for the rest of my life, i was scared for my life. Dog dropped, keving had his modded m-16 aimed at me, i put my rifle down and laid down. They jacked me, threw me in jail and were going to fully procecute me. about 3 days later 5-6 people came forward stating they were attacked unprovoked by that goddamn dog, so after 3 more days investigating they decided i acted in self defence and dropped the charges.

I'm glad you are out now man...I presume you are still a minor or else your life would be fawkd for life with a felony on your record...you should be very happy on that part..if in fact you are still a minor of course. You can't legally be charged with a felony. You will be adjudicated in juvenile court ....I predict probation and nothing more..
