Suggestions for 3d rendering freeware?

I know this is completly off topic, but can anyone reccommend a freeware 3D modeling program that is decent?

I dont need anything fancy, just something to create and organize blocks, balls, and bars in cyberspace and be able to print them out.

Mods, i realize this is completly off topic of mustangs, feel free to lock thread if you want, i can get responces in PM.

thanks

Jack, try either Maya or 3D Studiomax. I hear 3D studiomax is easier to use, but Maya is way better. Thats what I currently use. You should be able to find it somewhere for free. If not, let me know, I could send you a copy or something.

Blender is the only free one that I know about. I used it a little but was just playing around.
