now its not that big of a deal (just hit the back bumper and left some scrape marks, i dno if they will come off or not) but this bitch, in a nice silver new infiniti (i think the m45) just stood there and then turned and sped off ... i got her plates but i dno what to do i mean i dont think i wanna claim something that small on my insurance right?

I'm not sure how all of this works and I could be totally wrong, but I probably wouldn't claim something really small because they probably will find a way to jack up your rates regardless if it was your fault or not.....insurance companies are the ultimate rip off artists....and legal to.

I would possibly call the police and report this woman for a hit and run regardless of the damage. People like her need to be taught a lesson and a visit by the cops might scare her a little bit.

That can be buffed to a point bro. I did allot of paint prep at my old job and it looks like either her paint is on your car or she went threw to your plastic bumper in which cause u need to file a claim and get it fixed at a body shop

when i got hit, it didnt seem that hard and my rear bumper only had 1 scratch in it. the lady that hit me, her insurance company gave me a body shop to go and it ended up being more then it looked and i had to get a new bumper. it was really easy though, they body shop just sent the bill to that insurance company, all i had to do was drop my car off and pick it up.

same thing happened to me, they replaced the bumper and the foam panel behind the bumper,it was a 2day job,cant tell it was hit,but it was 1,100 price tag on total job there insurance paid for it.
