Damn Our stangs Are sexy

well, recently ive been getting depressed because ive wanted to get all this work done to my car and haven't had time whatsoever, So today My dad takes my car to get inspection sticker for it while, i was at work... so 5 o'clock rolls around and i go outside to wait for him suddenly i hear loud exhaust coming didnt know it was my dad or my car and say "damn that sounds nice" all of a sudden my dad whips around the corner and hes driving my stang.. and i just look at it for a second and say "damn that thing really looks badass", before i was beginning to hate my car saying "man it looks like shit" blah blah... but I've never seen my car being driven before by anyone.. So i came to the conclusion that if you start to hate your car and are saying to yourself "should i get rid of it " blah blah let someone drive your car up and down the street back and forth you wont appriciate it to the fullest until you see what it looks like from the side walk and someone else is driving it... I guarantee you'll like your car a lot more..

If any of you GT owners that think that your car is getting boring and you're getting tired of it, just think "well I was lucky enough to get a GT," and if that doesn't make you feel better - try a V6 for a few months, then you will definately miss your GT, lol.

I never really ever got bored of my car but I let my friend take it down the street and back and I was like damnnnnnnn!!..It just looked and sounded so badass

I like looking at my car's reflection on store windows when passing by. There's just something different about my car in motion as opposed to it being parked. I really don't know how my exhaust sounds. Everyone keeps telling me it sounds great but I keep thinking it's way too quiet. I wish I could see and hear it being driven from the outside more often.

so true ... i get out and let me friend drive my car around everyonce in a while so i can hear the exhaust and see it from the outside ... so much better

Ya i havent seen mine being driven but i did see another mineral grey GT and I was like WTF HE HAS MY CAR! I thought he really had it but i noticed he had a spoiler. then I though to myself, damn that thing is sexy.. even stock! bastard has my mineral grey. I dont think ive ever saw another mineral grey GT around here besides that one.

I know exactly what you mean. LAst night after my son's baseball practice I pulled into Ingles and my wife was driving my car. It was dark and she was driving it through the parking lot to park next to me, and I just sat there watching it (she had the lights turned off) and just seeing the street lights reflect off it and the slow cruise speed it was going. Damn thing looked sexy as hell and sounded damn nice!

I fell in love all over again!

That is exactly wahat I do. And I also dont think my car is loud any more but people insist it still sounds good. So I just agree with them.

LOL... yeah.. the car sounds totally different inside than outside. i had my buddy drive my stang when we went and picked up my honda. I drove the honda and damn, diddnt realize how badass that car sounds and looks. those 315's in the back are rediculous.

I got several comments on my car last night. I got off work and went to my local watering hole and parked right up front. i was outside smoking and a group of people leave the place, the guys in the group saw my car and i got things along the lines of "Hell yeah, HORSEPOWER!", "Damn that is a badass mustang!", "Hot damn check out those rims man!" "Man that thing is ****in sick!"

I was standing about 10 feet away. I diddnt say anything about it being mine.
I was just stoked on thier props!

An hour or so later i was out having another smoke. Some guy comes out and starts smoking. he sees my car and says "Damn that is one badass mustang.... I dont even like mustangs really, but that car is freakin sick"
He diddnt know it was mine either. <grin>

Its always nice to hear something like that, especially if they dont know its yer car, they are more likley to be honest on thier feelings and are compliment the car rather than giving you a generic polite compliment.

haha, ya i love when people pull up next to me at a light give me thumbs up and say "nice stang!" or "nice car how much HP she pushin?" makes me love the stang even more
